Manage the business operations, communications, grants, sponsorships and public relations for the Lakeland Choral Society and its affiliates, Florida Southern Girls’ Chorus, and Florida Southern Children’s Chorus. Current: Basic Needs Coordinator, Mulberry Community Service Center. Mulberry, FL August 2018-current. Manage the basic needs administration including food pantry, clothing pantry, thrift store and financial assistance programs. Programs include:  EFSP, Access Partner, AARP program employees, Feeding Tampa Bay Mobile Food Pantry, volunteer manager, and VITA tax preparer. Manager of website and social media promotions.

Associate Director: Plant City Photo Archives and History Center Plant City, FL 2015 – 2016

Assisted the Executive Director in general operations and development. Responsibilities included registrar, grant writing, customer service, public relations and social media, writing, reporting, and administration. Managed the administration of the collection, annual fund, membership, endowment and education funds; sales and history services, volunteer and internship programs, public relations and marketing. Director of the Jersey Shore Folklife Center and Director of Education and Programs. Reinvigorated the Folklife Center. Managed department including budgets, cash flow and accountability, customer relations for schools and programs, and strategic planning. Oversaw group sales, programs, exhibits, collection management, boat works, school tours, and educational events. Developed and administered general operating and programs grants. Coordinated multiple projects concurrently through planning, development, budgeting, marketing and implementation. Planned, implemented and marketed programs and exhibits which increased visitation, participation and stakeholder involvement.

Folklorist: Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum, Breene M. Kerr Center for Chesapeake Studies St. Michaels, MD   2001 – 2004  

Managed the folklife program at Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum as part of Maryland Traditions, a statewide infrastructure developed by the Maryland State Council on the Arts and the Maryland Historical Trust. Developed tours, products, school curriculum and worked with a variety of partners.
